These are four typical installations with indicative prices, VAT included. They are here so you can get a sense of the cost before asking us for anything. We give you a fixed price for your own home, with no obligation, once we have studied your setup.
Battery, inverter, materials, installation, travel and paperwork. No surprises at the end.
Not sure what capacity you need? We work it out from your electricity bill — read the sizing guide or ask us for the free analysis.
Many manufacturers only advertise the price of the battery itself. So you can compare like with like, here are both figures.
| Capacity | Full installation | €/kWh turnkey | €/kWh battery only |
|---|---|---|---|
| 15 kWh | 6.600 € | 440 € | 219 € |
| 30 kWh | 8.600 € | 286 € | 176 € |
| 45 kWh | 10.800 € | 239 € | 167 € |
| 60 kWh | 12.700 € | 211 € | 157 € |
The right-hand column is the price of the battery on its own, and it is the one to use if you are comparing against another brand's advertised «€/kWh». The middle one covers the whole working installation.
The first block of capacity is the expensive one, because it carries the inverter, the installation and the paperwork. After that, each additional 15 kWh costs between €1.900 and €2.200 including VAT. So if you are torn between two sizes, the larger one usually wins: the system is modular and can be expanded later, but it is cheaper to do it up front.
We do not sell the battery on its own. The price always includes installation and commissioning by qualified SolarBox personnel. The battery-only price per kWh above is a comparison reference, nothing else.
We work this way because a home battery is a power electrical installation: safety, performance and the 10-year warranty all depend on it being properly mounted, properly configured and correctly registered.
Tell us about your case and we will look at it. Send us an electricity bill and we will tell you what capacity suits you before talking about price.
